Sinopec Kantons successfully held the 2024 annual general meeting in Hong Kong on June 26. This meeting was chaired by Mr. Sang Jinghua, Sinopec Kantons' Executive Director and General Manager, and presided over the meeting.The Company's four independent non-executive directors attended in person, and some Directors participated by phone. At the meeting, shareholders voted on all the proposed resolutions listed in the notice of the annual general meeting and these resolutions were passed with high votes.
