On 6th June 2024, Sinopec Kantons successfully held the 2023 Annual General Meeting at the Harbour Grand Hotel Hong Kong. The Company's executive director and general manager, Mr. Sang Jinghua presided over the meeting. All independent non-executive directors attended the meeting in person. Other executive directors joined by conference call. The Company's senior management, auditors, and legal advisors were invited as well. The proposal of the final dividend (HK$0.15/share) and other proposals were resolved and duly passed by the shareholders of the Company. The questions raised by the shareholders were addressed by the board. The board would like to thank all shareholders for their support.
