On December 10, HuadePetrochemical, a subsidiary of Sinopec Kantons Holdings Limited, berthed the"Nave Andromeda" tanker at berth 1# of Mabianzhou, which was loaded with 55,000 tons of naphtha from Saudi Arabia purchased by ExxonMobil (Huizhou)Chemical Co., Ltd. (here in after referred to as "ExxonMobil"). On December 12, the tanker successfully completed the unloading and left the berth.

The successful completion of this operation marks that the upgrading and transformation project of Huade Petrochemical's Mabianzhou terminal facilities has been put into use as scheduled. Huade Petrochemical has officially stepped into the naphtha unloading business, which is expected to effectively improve its economic benefits and help Daya Bay Petrochemical Zone accelerating the creation of a world-class green petrochemical industry base.
