On Aug 29 2024, Huade Petrochemical, the subsidiary of Sinopec Kantons successfully obtained the ISO 45001:2018 "Occupational Health andSafety Management System" certification.

The certification demonstratesthe Company’s commitment in promoting occupational health and safety in theworkplace.

ISO 45001:2018 is a global standard for occupational health andsafety, established in 2018 by the International Organization forStandardization (ISO), and is a universal framework that defines theestablishment and operation of systems to prevent work-related accidents anddisasters and to achieve the provision of safe and healthy workplaces.
